Smoked Cream Cheese

Ingredients 
~ 1 block of cream cheese 
(Straight out of the fridge)
~ Fire & Smoke BBQ Company Windy City BBQ Rub
~ Honey for drizzling 
Preheat Smoker to 250F.
Place cream cheese on a small sheet pan lined with foil.
Sprinkle the top with Fire & Smoke BBQ Company Windy City BBQ Rub.
Place on top rack of smoker and smoke for 2 hours or until golden in color.
Remove and drizzle with honey.
Serve with Ritz crackers or any crackers of your choice!
*You can also substitute the honey with your favorite jam or jelly.  Just slightly warm it before topping for an easier drizzle.*
