Six Corners Meatball Bake

Six Corners Meatball Bake

This recipe comes to us from our friend Russ over at @pharmaq_cooking on Insta. He found the perfect way to bring Six Corners inside or for those without a smoker. But without beginning this recipe with some long boring story that you'll scroll past anyway, we're just going to get right into it!

Six Corners Cheesy Meatball Bake

Makes roughly 12-14 meatballs depending on size

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

1tsp minced garlic

1/4cup seasoned bread crumbs

1/4 finely grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg

1/4 cup milk

1.5 to 2 tsp Six Corners Brisket Rub

2 cups favorite pasta sauce

2 cups freshly shredded mozzarella

Combine all ingredients and form meatballs. (1.5 inches)

Preheat broiler.

Evenly space in a greased cast iron skillet and broil for 8 to 10 mins until cooked (~165F) and brown on top.

Remove and drain grease, flip meatballs so the browned top is on the bottom.

Cover with sauce and then cheese. Return to the broiler for 3 to 5 minutes until brown. Take care not to burn the cheese.

Serve with your favorite type of pasta. Enjoy!
