Ingredients:
- 4 strips bacon, chopped
- 2 pork chops, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 1/2 cups crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 4 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 3 cups potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 cup Polish sausage, chopped
- 1 cup pickles, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Fire & Smoke BBQ Company Shiitake steak rub
- Fire & Smoke BBQ Company The Classic all purpose seasoning
Directions:
- In a soup pot, cook bacon and pork. Remove meat and sauté onions.
- Add 4 1/2 cups water to onions and add the bacon and pork back in. Add crushed tomatoes, mushrooms, celery, carrots, and The Classic seasoning. Cook for 15 minutes.
- Next, add potatoes, sauces and Shiitake rub and cook for another 15 minutes. Then add pickles and garlic and boil for 10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
