Our buddy Russ over at @pharmaq_cooking made this absolutely delicious corn recipe. Here's what you'll need and how to make it.
-Corn on the cob
-Crema (Mexican sour cream)
(Makes roughly 6 ears of corn)
Start by making your corn on the cob. You can do this by grilling, boiling, or baking. Whatever you prefer.
In a small bowl, mix 1/4 teaspoon of paprika with 1/4 cup crema.
Spread paprika/crema mix on cooked ears of corn generously.
Apply cojita cheese to cover corn.
Finish by seasoning with Estes Ave. and enjoy!
