No grill, no problem! Combine the flavors of The Classic and Shiitake into one dish.
Ingredients:
1.5 tbs olive oil
.5 tbs butter
Enough Yukon Gold potatoes to cover the bottom of a 12 inch skillet
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F
Cut potatoes into cubes or desired size
Add olive oil to skillet and add potatoes. Stir to coat with oil. Add butter throughout.
Cover with The Classic and Shiitake for desired flavor.
Cook for about 35 mins stirring every 10 mins to ensure even cooking and seasoning gets distributed. Continue roasting until achieving desired level of doneness and browning.
