Chicken Cheesesteak Bake

Ingredients:

- 3 chicken breasts

- 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)

- 3 tbsp The Classic all purpose seasoning

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 2 onions, sliced

- 1 tbsp Six Corners brisket rub

- 1/4 cup mayo

- 1/4 cup sour cream

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 4-6 slices provolone

 

Directions:

1. Prep the chicken breasts by using the hot sauce as a binder and season with 2 tbsp The Classic. Cook the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165F. Once cooled, shred the chicken and set to the side.

2. In a medium sized cast iron pan, add olive oil, sliced onions, and Six Corners. Sweat the onions for 5-10 minutes. Remove the onions and set to the side.

3. In the bowl of shredded chicken, add the mayo, sour cream, minced garlic, 1 tbsp The Classic, and the cooked onions. Mix well. Add back into the cast iron pan.

4. Top with provolone cheese slices. Bake in an oven at 375F for about 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve and Enjoy!
