-Chicken Tenderloins
Directions:
Cut your chicken tenderloins into even sized pieces, about 1-2 inches thick. Place the pieces onto presoaked bamboo skewers, leaving room at the bottom as a handle. Season the chicken with Second City sweet BBQ rub.
Heat up your grill of choice to 325F. Cook the skewers for 10-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through. Once the chicken has reached an internal temp of 165F, glaze them with Old Town original BBQ sauce. Remove from the grill, serve and enjoy!
