Ingredients:
-Whole dill pickles, cut in half
-Bacon
-Shredded cheddar jack cheese
-Ground Beef
-Fire & Smoke BBQ Company Estes Ave.
-Fire & Smoke BBQ Company Old Town
Directions:
1. Spoon out the insides of the dill pickles.
2. Season the ground beef with Estes Ave. Cook the ground beef until brown. Strain and put into a small bowl. Add the cheddar jack cheese to the ground beef. Mix well.
3. Stuff the dill pickle halves with the beef and cheese mixture. Wrap it in bacon.
4. Put the dill pickle poppers on the grill and cook until the bacon starts to have a nice crunch. Right before you remove, glaze them with Old Town bbq sauce. Serve and enjoy!
